Until 2019, the system worked for 4 years and saved costs about ¥500000 annually according to feedback from our client.
Jinjiang Swimming Centre has 4 swimming pools including an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and children swimming pool. The client asked us to keep the water temperature of the indoor swimming pool at 28℃, the room temperature at 29℃ and control the relative humidity to no more than 65% .
After investigation, the covering area of the indoor swimming pool is 50mx25m with water vapor generating all the time. The high environmental humidity caused by water vapor will create an uncomfortable environment, therefore the dehumidification operation is needed. What's more, to keep the water temperature of swimming pool at 28℃, the heater whose power capability is more than 400kW will be necessary and need to work all the time to heat the water of swimming pool. Due to the huge energy consumption, withdrawing energy is necessary to save cost.
Finally, we provide two modular commercial HVAC systems for our clients with powerful dehumidification capability of 340kg water vapor per hour, which could also withdraw energy generated from dehumidification system to heat the water of indoor swimming pool. If the withdrew energy have excess part after heating the water of indoor swimming pool, it will be used to heat the room air. The whole system has a ventilation function to output fresh air. The system adopts a titanium heat exchanger to prevent corrosion caused by chloride included in the water vapor generated from swimming pool.
